Product Description
A36 is an American standard specified in ASTM A36. This standard is applicable to riveted, bolted and welded structures for bridges and construction, as well as to carbon steel sections, plates and rods for general purpose structural steels. A36 is the most common used hot-rolled carbon constructional steel. It has a minimum yield strength of 36k psi and easily welding.
Carbon hot rolled steel sheets and plates are used in the welding and construction sectors such as railroad tracks, construction equipment, boom cranes, agriculture equipment and heavy vehicle frames. By varying the percentage in carbon steel, it is possible to produce steel with a variety of different qualities.
