We also offer competitive pricing on small & larger quantity ASTM A511 / A511M seamless tubes.
Stainless steel pipe and tube resist corrosion and oxidation, withstand high temperatures, provide cleanliness with low maintenance costs, and won’t interact with a wide variety of materials.
Stainless seamless tubing is the preference when critical applications call for higher working internal pressures and enhanced corrosion resistance in extreme environments. Stainless Tubular Products inventories a large amount of stainless seamless tubing in various grades, specifications and alloys.
Seamless tubing is available in specifications of ASTM A-213, ASTM A269 and ASTM A-511.

A Tolerances of tubes produced by the rod or bar mandrel process and which have an inside diameter under 1/2 inch (or an inside diameter under 5/8 inch when the wall thickness is more than 20 percent of the outside diameter) are as shown in this table, except that wall thickness tolerances are 10 percent over and under the specified wall thickness.
B For ovality values, the tolerance for average outside diameter at any one cross section does not exceed the outside diameter tolerance value for the applicable outside diameter.
C Many tubes with wall thicknesses more than 25 percent of outside diameter or with wall thicknesses over 1-1/4 inch or weighing more than 90 lbs per foot are difficult to draw over a mandrel. Therefore, the wall thickness can vary 12-1/2 percent over and under that specified. Also see Footnote B.
D For those tubes with inside diameter under 1/2 inch (or under 5/8 inch when the wall thickness is more than 20 percent of the outside diameter) which are not commonly drawn over a mandrel, Footnote A is not applicable. Therefore, the wall thickness can vary 15 percent over and under that specified, and the inside diameter is governed by both the outside diameter and wall thickness tolerances.
E These tolerances apply to cut lengths up to and including 24 feet. For lengths over 24 feet, an additional over tolerance of 1/8 inch for each 10 feet or fraction thereof shall be permissible, up to a maximum tolerance of 1/2 inch.
