Seamless Admiralty Brass Tube has good corrosion resistance and is specially used for tubing of steam condensers cooled with fresh, salt or brackish water. Admiralty metal tubes are also used for heat exchangers in oil refineries, in which corrosion from sulfur compounds and contaminated water may be very severe, and for feed-water heaters and heat-exchanger equipment as well as other industrial processes.
Admiralty brass tube, CZ111, is a Copper Zinc Alloy and constitutes of 30% zinc and 1% tin. Admiralty brass tubes are renowned for their superior corrosion and erosion resistance.
Admiralty Brass Tubes are used in many different applications including; air coolers, evaporators, heaters, vent condensers, condensate coolers, water heaters, generators, ship-building, power plants and desalinations plants.
